意思決定をlast responsible momentまで遅延するのが正しいときももちろんあるのかもしれないし、反論しづらい主張ではあるのだが。

まず「時間を設定してしまう」ということ。ものすごく迷っているテーマだったら、1週間後の夜12時までに結論を出すと決めてしまう。 あとは期限まで徹底的に考える。集中力ですね。もしAかBかで迷っていて夜12時までに答えが出なかったら、10円玉を投げて表だったらA、裏だったらBと決めておけばいい。

evolutionary architectureをきちんと読むべき気がしてきたし、clean architectureとの違いがますますよくわからん。
いくら期限を延ばしたとしても結局は決められないんです。
