I also learned a lot today. I could let members to write the test cases before they fix a bug. This is one the practice I want to introduce in the team in this half of year.
I don't want to go easy for members for their growth.
From today I started to read a book about Java performance. When I read this book before, I couldn't focus on the contents somehow. However, now I'm really want to know the contents of the book so I am able to focus on the books much much better than before.
If we have time tomorrow, we want to have a meeting to share Lessons Learned each other. I believe the meeting will improve our growth curve more incoming 6 months.
Google Voice keyboard is not bad, so I want to continue to use it for writing blogging.
