As I recall, I've found this book through lists of recently added books to a library.
People offten says diversity is important. However, this book is saying that diversity sometimes used for excusing not to accept other's opinions at all ironically. What this book is suggesting is neither blindly believing diversity nor finding a single truth. This book is suggesting to create an agreement through dialogues with different people. This perspective was pretty much interesting for me.
